What is the USLRA?
2021 Local Amateur Tournaments
Rusty Ankle
Date: May 2021
Time: 11:00 pm
Location: La Crosse Area Family YMCA (directions)
Competitor Info: If you’re competing for your first time or are an out-of-town roller, the River Rat Roll is a fun and exciting tournament to be a part of. Speed Rolling is available to all participants. The top three winners in each rolling and speed rolling division will win an award, and all participants will receive a t-shirt. An awards ceremony with free pizza will be held directly after the tournament.
Spectator Info: The River Rat Roll is a great tournament to come cheer on your favorite amateur roller! Bleachers are provided for sitting and all spectators are invited to a pizza party and an awards ceremony directly following the event.
La Crosse Open
Date: July 2021

Location: TBA (directions)
Competitor Info: The La Crosse Open is for all levels of amateur logrolling, however, it is highly recommended for starters as it is beginner friendly and a great tournament to kick off a summer of outdoor rolling.
Spectator Info: Spectators should bring a lawn chair, a blanket, etc. to sit on for the day.
Three Rivers Roleo
Date: July 2021

Location: Great River Landing on the Black River in Onalaska, Wi (directions)
Competitor Info: The Three Rivers Roleo is a great warm-up for World Championships and a very competitive tournament, but it’s also perfect for anyone who is just starting out.
Spectator Info: Spectators should bring a lawn chair, a blanket, etc. to sit on for the day.
Holmen Logrolling Summer Splash
Date: August 2021

Location: Holmen Area Aquatic Center
Competitor Info: The Holmen Summer Splash is an event just for beginners! Any roller who is just starting out or isn’t quite ready to compete at a higher level is welcome to roll in the tournament. Be prepared for a great day of rolling, food, and prizes!
River Rat Roll
