Connor Birdsong took third place in Semi-Pro men! He beat Connecticut’s Chris Minore 3-0 and then lost to eventual winner Tom Mengwasser 1-3. He made his way through the back bracket by defeating Tanner Hallett 3-1 and Robert Berg 3-0.
Professional Women
Emily Christopherson is headed to the finals! This evening, she took victory over both Taylor Biser and Shana Verstegen 3-0. She will match up against Ellie Davenport tomorrow for first and second place.
Leah Burns lost a hard-fought battle against California’s Maggie Bulk early in today’s competition 1-3.
Katie Rick defeated Amy James and Maggie Bulk in the back bracket. Tomorrow, she will face Meredith Ingbretson.

Garrick Birdsong defeated Tyler Berard 3-0 and was then kicked to the back bracket after losing in the semi-finals to Spencer Wilkinson. Garrick’s next match is to be determined. Possible match-ups include Dominick Serpico, Cassidy Scheer, Shane Burns, and Charlie Goodmundson.
Efer Lopez-Christopherson did not compete today. Tomorrow, he will face Tyler Berard in the back bracket.
